The seal parameters that are essential for obtaining airtight/watertight seals are controlled by side mounted heat and cool timers mounted to a powder coated steel chassis. Furthermore, hands-free operation is provided by a one-tap steel encased foot switch. The upper and lower jaws must completely meet before the heat impulse occurs, ensuring operator safety and uncompromised seal integrity. An external air compressor is required.
