These SealerSales KF-Series 8" Hand Impulse Sealers w/ Sliding Cutter have up to10mm seal width and allow you to cut and seal in one easy step. These sealing machines seal poly bags and other thermoplastic materials quickly and efficiently without any warm-up time. They can seal material up to 8" wide and 20mil total thickness. They are equipped with a plug-in electronic timer which controls the different sealing times needed for the varying thicknesses of different materials. Also available in 12", 16" and 20" with a 2mm, 2.6mm, 5mm, or 10mm seal width.

Easy to Operate: Set the timer; insert the bag between the sealing bars, then press down and release. We recommend that the user hold the sealing arm down for an additional second or two to ensure enough time for the bag to set and cool. To cut the bag, slide the cutting bracket across the bag. Voila!

Place poly tubing at the base of the sealer. Bring sealer arm down to seal bag. Slide the cutting bracket across the poly bag to cut excess material. You have just created your bag. Fill your bag with your material and seal the top.
