- Easy to operate:
- For automatic operation, set the control on auto. Adjust the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws). Insert material to be sealed and when jaw opens, remove sealed material.
- For manual operation, set the control to manual. Insert the material to be sealed. Press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar.

W-Series automatic sealers are designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. Unit is controlled by a plug-in circuit board. Equipped with an electronic timer and electromagnet, once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically.

Turn on machine and set recycle, congealing, and sealing settings. Notice that congeal time is at least 1.5x greater than seal time.
Manual Mode:
Place material to be sealed on the lower jaw and press on footswitch to activate sealing process.
Auto Mode:
Place material to be sealed on the lower jaw. Switch to Auto Mode and the sealing jaws will activate automatically.
