I have been doing business with your company for about 5 to 6 years and have never had any problems with shipping, customer service, etc. Everyone is so nice and I actually got a call back on this last order as I had accidentally duplicated it (from online). I canceled one order right away after I saw two emails with two different invoice numbers on them. It was the end of the day and I was in a hurry, so I thought by calling everything was set. Well the next day, I had a call from your order department wanting to confirm that we only wanted the one order, not two. So the cancellation from the night before didn't get relayed to that person for whatever reason I do not know. Things happen and maybe it just hadn't come through your system yet. By and by, I thought that was FANTASTIC that she called me just to confirm my one order. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Keep up the good work and please pass this onto your employees and let them know "what a great job they are doing"...PLEASE.
