These White 4mm Corrugated Plastic Adhesive Boards are an economical alternative to corrugated cardboard. These boards are weather resistant, UV stabilized and are durable. This makes them ideal for low cost high quality outdoor signs and displays. Our corrugated plastic mounting boards are easily scored, folded or cut using either a razor blade knife or a board cutter. These boards are made of lightweight, strong polypropylene and can be compared to coreplast boards. Often times you’ll see corrugated boards outside, like for political signs and for events. With the adhesive, now you don’t need to custom print your boards—print it yourself and stick it on!

Corrugated boards withstand the elements better, and don’t indent as easily compared to normal foam core boards.

Now we’re going to apply our media to the board. I’m using a COLD roll laminator to do this.

First adjust the spacing between your rollers to the appropriate size—in this case I have a 3/16” board. If your laminator can’t open to the correct amount, you cannot use this method.

The speed of the rollers does not matter that much for this process.

Ok, now take your board and peel off an inch of the non-stick sheet and fold it. Align your project evenly on the board, and when you are confident it is good, press it to the adhesive that was just revealed.

Now prepare your project to be inserted into the laminator. Drape the media over the roll so it does not stick to the adhesive before inserting the laminator.

While holding the non-stick cover sheet, turn the rollers on. Feed the project through. It’s important that you hold the cover sheet so that it never gets caught in the laminator. But now your project has been evenly applied to your mounting board.

If you need to trim your project from there, use a straight blade cutter like the Fletcher-Terry Titan, or 2200 Mat Cutter.
