ProductDescription
SlanTIS Coil Binding Sleeves are a new way to increase your coil binding productivity. These 1 1/2 inch Yellow sleeves will secure the pages of your document while inserting coil, making the coil binding process easier and faster. In fact, you may want to have multiple sleeves of the same size so you have several pre-loaded books ready for binding. Using SlanTIS Binding Sleeves is extremely simple. Slide your pre-punched, unbound book into the sleeve with the binding edge up, insert the coil into the first few holes of the book, while the sleeve secures the book in the perfect position. Finish inserting the coil with little or no resistance, then remove the bound book from the sleeve. The sleeve is then ready for another book. SlantTIS Binding Sleeves are suitable for just about any coil binding job, and are available in a variety of color-coded thicknesses, from 1 to 2 inches, and smaller clear sizes from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch.

Questions & Answers
Yes you can use these on smaller sized coils. They will help you hold the document together during the binding process. However, they are not as important or usefull for small sized books. On larger books they also help you to shape the spine of your document and to to keep the pages from coming apart. Those are less of an issue with smaller diameter coils.
