As the name suggests, they are for your standard size personal pictures and post cards and they come in the thickness of 3 to 10 mil. Each pack comes with a stack of pouches and the carrier. To laminate, open pouch up and place your photo in. Now align for correct margins. Then place the pouch into the carrier. Thank you for your question. Yes, You could attach these together using a slot punch. However, the punch is in the center on either the long side or the short side. It is approximately 1/8 by 1/2, so you are limited by the size of the slot.

Unfortuneatly we do not have any have any 4"x6" pouches that have a white background. We do have several sizes that are smaller than 4"x6" and letter size. They can be found here ( link: https://www.mybinding.com/laminating/pouches/colored-back-pouches.html)
