Transcript : Welcome to MyBinding video. These are file index size laminating pouches. They come in a thickness of 5 mil, 7 mil and 10 mil. Each box comes with a stack of pouches and a carrier. To start off, place your note card into the laminating pouch. Make sure you get your margin even on all sides. Next, place the pouch into the carrier. The carrier is there to make sure that no extra adhesive gets on to your laminator. Then laminate your project. Thank you for your question. The File Index 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" Laminating Pouches actually measure 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" if you are wanting to fully encapsulate a 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" you would need to go up to the next size. The "Circulation" size pouches would work, they measure 3-15/16" x 5-11/16" .
