Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have a 32# stock with a reinforced edge. You can find our select or paper with reinforced edges here .
The holes are punched about 1/8 of an inch from the edge. The holes measure to be about 1/4 inch in diameter. We can sometimes do custom punching depending on what you are looking for so please let us know if you need something specific.
Thank you for your question. We do not offer any lined paper all of our stock will come unlined. The 8.5" x 5.5" 3-Hole Pre-Punched Binding Paper is the same thing as the PPP243HRM, it just has a new part #.
Thank you for your question. You are correct, on a half sized sheet ( 8.5" x 5.5" ) 3 hole punched on the 8.5" side of the sheet the holes are at 1.5", 4.25", and 7" .
