These 8.75" x 11.25" dark green covers are perfect for use with any popular binding style (see list below), though we do offer these covers pre-punched (simply choose your preferred punching pattern in the drop-down menu above).     I wish to make comb bound books with a clear front and colored, probably leatherette or plastic, back. Can you by a pack of each and "mix/match"? Also, are there any with pockets?

    Yes, you can "mix and match", it is very common to use a clear front cover with a solid back cover. Unfortunately, they are not available with pockets.
