How to Open a Government Account
1. Fill our your PO form
• Include the best contact name, phone number, and email address for questions.
• Include the name and email address for your payments/accounting department.
• Include the shipping.
• Include sales tax.
2. Email your PO to firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Your invoice will be emailed to the contact included on the PO.
Shipping Prices & Sales Tax
Shipping must be included on your purchase order. Your order may qualify for free shipping. You can learn about our shipping pricing and policy here.
Sales tax must also be included on your purchase order. We are required by law to charge sales tax in many states across the U.S.A. If your organization is exempt from sales tax, you must submit a valid exempt form along with your first purchase order. Government organizations are automatically set up on Net 30 Day Billing Terms.
We reserve the right to request additional information, to confirm orders, or to refuse orders that we may expect represent fraud.
