The MBM 508A Automatic Programmable Tabletop Paper Folder comes pre-programmed with 36 standard folds and stores up to 24 custom jobs in its memory. The MBM 508A has an automatic 3 roller friction feed system and has a Color LCD touch screen control panel that includes 4 digit addition / subtraction digital counter. The MBM 508A can fold up to 14,400 sheets per hour and can load up to 500 sheets. This paper folder has a test button that folds 2 sheets for inspection, and automatically senses and displays paper size. This MBM 508A Automatic Programmable Tabletop Paper Folder is also featured with extended exit tray for neat stacking of folded sheets , has an automatic conveyor and self-setting exit rollers that ensure smooth ejection of folded paper.

The 508A has more automated features than the 408A including, paper feed pressure adjustment helps consistent feeding and the separator pressure is adjustable too on the output. The 508A also has dedicated 24 memory slots for custom folds, with the 408A you would have to replace one of the 36 pre-programmed folds ( 508A also has the 36 pre-programmed folds) that is not in use to save a custom job.
