Thank you for your question. The inside measurements of the Top Loading Business Card Size Adhesive Back Pockets are 1-7/8" x 3-3/8". Most business cards typically measure 2" x 3-1/2" ( which is the outside measurement of this pocket) so unless your cards are bit smaller than standard a business card would not fit inside this pocket.
