There are many variables which go into determining which of our Paitec Pressure Sealers are best for your firm. Ultimately, that decision should also include your local dealer representative who can ensure that any machine that you consider is properly sized for you work space, that it will work with your current or planned pressure seal forms, and that its price fits your budge.

The first variable for you to consider is called monthly duty cycle. In other words, how many forms will you be processing in a typical month? Our various machines have monthly duty cycles from 20,000 pieces per month up to 400,000 or more. If you look to the chart below me, you will see a list of our machines with their maximum duty cycles per month.

Next, you need to determine how many forms you will process at a time and how quickly you need to process them. Again, if you look below you will see our machines' speeds which range from 2,000 pieces per hour to upwards of 13,000 pieces per hour.

In addition to speed, it is important to also consider the maximum feed table capacity so that you can consider how often you will need to reload the machine. Those capacities are listed on the same chart. Several of our machines even connect directly to your laser printer for non-stop processing.

Lastly, the other major decision to consider is whether you want to take advantage of technologies which minimise jams, double-feeds or have lock key security to protect the privacy of your documents when being processed. We have also listed some of those key features on the chart below.
