You can choose to add a custom window to your covers or add rounded corners to your oversized coversheets. They come in one thickness of 75lb. Even select from 8 punch patterns to receive your pages prepunched. You can even print on the card stock covers. Thank you for your question. The Card Stock covers are a paper product , a 75 lb smooth card stock. We do carry several types of Synthetic Paper but none of what we stock comes A4 size. We carry Poly Covers which are plastic in A4 size in a variety of thicknesses they can be found on our binding covers page in a variety of textures.
