Product Description

The OD4000/4000Plus is the heaviest duty punch available on the market and can consistently punch up to 50 sheets of 20# bond Paper and utilizes Rhino Tuff's patented Quick Change Die System.

You can remove any or all pins for your size project. This video will show you just how easy that is and it's the same for all of them.

Step one is to depress the pin retainer. Press down through the notch on the spring and disengage, or lift, the pin capture. And that is step two. Step three, remove any and all pins that you need just by pulling them straight up out of the slot. Finally, press down again on the pin retainer and replace the pin capture.

The different dies may punch different shaped holes and different punch patterns. However, their removal is essentially the same for every single kind.
