Each Premium Clear View Binder has an exterior, suede-finish, with a transparent plastic overlay on the front back and spine of the binder. Simply insert color prints behind the special non-stick clear overlay to customize each binder on demand. Each binder offers a signature wide base locking round ring mechanism that holds pages securely.
