Return & Refund Policy
Please review our return policy below. Before submitting a return, we encourage you to contact us — we're here to help resolve any issues quickly.
Submit a Return RequestReturn Timeframe
All returns are at the discretion of MyBinding and must have an assigned Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order and must be requested before you ship back the order.
Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for return. Products shipped back without a valid return authorization number are not eligible for return and will not be processed.
Return Requirements
- Return Authorization (RA#) is required for a return to be accepted.
- All returns must be unused and in resalable condition.
- The RA# must be referenced on the shipping label.
- Do not write on the product boxes.
- Returns must be received in the same packaging and condition as originally shipped.
- Items returned from outside the US — including defective machines and warranty claims — must be shipped at the sender's expense. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions regarding refused shipments and order cancellations.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the product total, except in the following cases:
- Defective product
- Product damaged in shipment
- Product received not as ordered
Shipping Refund Policy
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was received defective, damaged in shipment, or not shipped as ordered.
Defective, Damaged, or Not As Ordered
MyBinding will email you a complimentary return shipping label. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All Other Instances
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost, insurance, and protective packaging. Use a method with a tracking number and provide it to MyBinding.
Return Exclusions & Disqualifications
Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 30 days of receipt.
- Order shipped back without a valid Return Authorization Number.
- Merchandise has been used, or original boxes are marked, written on, damaged, or have stickers on them.
- Merchandise was custom produced — including custom size, custom color, custom printed, or custom-built supplies or equipment.
- Item was marked as clearance, "all sales final", or refurbished.
- Merchandise is a board of any kind (whiteboards, chalkboards, bulletin boards, tack boards, display boards, letter boards, etc.).
- Large items or equipment delivered oversize or by truck. Any damage to these items must be recorded on the bill of lading signed upon delivery.
- Merchandise includes laminating film, laminating foils, or hot stamp foils.
Equipment Evaluation
Before replacements and/or refunds are processed on equipment of any kind, the returned merchandise will be evaluated by the MyBinding service department. This evaluation determines whether the problem is due to a manufacturing defect or operator misuse.
Manufacturing Defect
The return and/or exchange will be processed as per the outlines of this return policy.
Operator Misuse
The equipment will not be eligible for return. The customer will be contacted with a service and/or repair quote.

Fill out the online return form to request your Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must have this before shipping anything back.
