Product Description
This replacement printhead is for use with the Afinal Label L501 and L502 labe printers. This printhead comes with a set of 4 dye-based inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). Note: Only use dye inks with this printhead
When installing a new print head for the first time, the L501 needs to prime the head with ink, and to do so, the firmware requires that the inks be full. if not, the head could possibly not prime. If you need to change a print head, but still has ink in their existing cartridges, you can simply set those cartridges aside for later use so it would not be wasted.
