To figure out how many pages your the covers will hold, and to determine the best cover size for your needs, you can use the Coverbind thermal binding cover capacity chart below. This chart shows you the cover sizes available (note that not all thermal binding covers are available in all sizes) and indicates approximately how many sheets each spine size will bind. Just remember that the "sheet capacity" was determined using standard 20 lb. bond copy paper, so if you are binding thicker paper stocks, the sheet capacity will be less.
