To replace the punch pads, push them out to the side. Push the new one down and back into place. The waste paper tray in the center is easy to remove as well. Thank you for your question. There should not be any issues punching a 100# stock with the Carl Extra Heavy Duty 100 Sheet 2-Hole Punch. You would just need to test how many you can punch at a time without cause undue stress to the Punch.

Thank you for you question. The spacing between the holes would be 2-3/4" to be exact. Now for the margins, from the top of the sheet to the top of the hole it would be 5/16", to the center of the hole it would be 7/16" and to the bottom of the hole 9/16".

What is the recommended MINIMUM of sheets you should punch with to keep this equipment in top shape?

In speaking with the manufacturer, they recommend to punch at lest 3 sheets of paper at a time for best long term maintenance.
