Included in the starter kits are the ClipsShop CSTON-1 stroking grommet press, #3 7/16" Self-Piercing Die Set, and 500 #3 7/16" self-piercing grommets so you definitely can start grommeting right away. The ClipsShop CSTON-1 grommet press features a stroking mechanism that eliminates the manual effort that is normally associated with grommeting. This mechanism is activated when the handle is pulled lightly, once pulled the machine takes over and the spring-loaded stroking feature shoots the grommet into the material which means very little strength or effort is needed in grommeting even with thicker materials that are more difficult to work with. Adjustable pressure allows operators to work with various materials without the imperfections from over-setting or under-setting. The press features a heavy base that lends to its stability, the CSTON-1 can be free standing and can also be bench-mounted. A set of #3 7/16" Self-Piercing Die comes with the kit. This type of die simultaneously punches a hole and sets the grommet in one single step. Alternatively, the press also works with other grommet sizes including 1/8" #XX00 grommets, 11/64" #X00 grommets, 3/16" #00 grommets, 1/4" #0 grommets, 5/16" #1 grommets, 3/8" #2 grommets, and 11/16" #5.5 grommets. Also in the kits are a pack of 500 #3 7/16” grommets that are rust proof and can stand wear and tear. It is available in brass, antique brass, nickel, and black oxide finish.
