Build the complete document using the final front and back materials, then test opening movement and spine capacity. Weight should support the intended handling rather than being selected only because a thicker cover appears more substantial.

Classic Crest has a smooth surface and traditional paper character, but another paper finish may better support a particular visual or printing requirement. The range of card stock covers includes other colors and formats for reports, manuals, and presentation work. A textured stock can add tactile interest, while a smoother sheet is often preferable for fine graphics and detailed printing. Binding covers with windows support title-sheet visibility across several paper and plastic materials. Build the title template around the exact opening dimensions and position, then allow clear space around the visible text. Cream provides a warm frame, so review the title-sheet color and print contrast together. A window also avoids feeding heavy covers through a printer. Bind a completed sample to confirm that the title remains centered and does not shift behind the opening during use. Confirm the binding edge as well, since a title that looks centered before punching may shift after assembly.
