Use firm, even pressure across the adhesive area and allow the assembly to rest before standing it upright. Very textured, coated, curled, or flexible materials may need testing because the adhesive contact can vary. When the display needs a writable presentation surface rather than a permanently mounted graphic, easel pads and boards are designed for a different use. Always test the exact print material and finish before a large assembly run.

Count every finished sign, then add units for assembly tests, damaged adhesive liners, last-minute artwork changes, and replacements during installation. The allowance should be higher when staff are using the product for the first time or when displays will be shipped to several locations. Confirm pack quantity because similar easel designs may be supplied in different counts. Store unopened packs flat in a dry area so the board and adhesive liners do not curl. Before sending materials to other locations, assemble one approved sample and provide a photo showing the correct position. This helps each team mount the easel at the same height and angle without wasting stock.
