A floor model is more appropriate when the display must be visible across a larger room or when no supporting surface is available. Confirm the tabletop footprint, viewing angle, and maximum display size before choosing. For floor models, confirm leg spread, height range, and stability on the intended surface. The display should remain readable without blocking walkways or creating a tipping risk. Select the format according to actual placement rather than portability alone.

Not every easel uses the same pad size, hole spacing, or retaining method. Some models have adjustable hooks, while others rely on a clamp or fixed mounting points. Confirm the pad width, length, sheet count, hole pattern, and maximum supported weight. The range of easel pads and boards includes several sheet styles, so the pad must fit both the holder and the planned writing method. Self stick sheets may not need traditional hooks, but the backing and removal process should still suit the presentation. Test one pad on the easel before ordering cases.
