The Dahle CleanTEC 41434 paper shredder is perfect for anyone requiring a higher level of security when disposing of sensitive information, as it was designed for military, federal, state or local governments as well as Department of Defense contractors engaged in projects where National Security is an issue. As easy to use as it is secure, the CleanTEC 41434 simple-use command dial controls all of the machine's functions, such as when to replace the filter, and when the shred bag needs to be emptied. This Security Level 6 machine has a cross cut shred size of 1mm x 4.7mm and is able to reduce a single sheet of letter size paper into over 15,500 tiny particles. The CleanTEC 41434 comes equipped with ESP (Electronic Sensing Protection), sensing how much paper you're trying to shred and won't allow sheet capacity to be exceeded. Welcome to MyBinding video. This is the Dahle Level P-7 41434 Office Shredder!

If you hold the forward button for a few seconds it will go into continuous feeding mode.

So now feed stack after stack until you're finished.

Without doing this it will automatically start and stop the motor when you insert you pages.

The opening is 10 1/4 inches wide, which will fit the smaller length of a standard page.

And it senses if you've put in too many pages, to which the motor won't start until there's less.

If you need to ever stop shredding like if you catch your hair or tie "ouch" hold the reverse button and pull everything out.

Of course you can always panic and shout! And the shredder will stop! That's because right in this corner is a microphone, which is a very unique safety feature.

Because it's super high security, it does not shred staples and paper clips.

In fact it is the highest security possible NSA, Top Secret approved. The next best thing from burning your documents!

Opening the bin we see a spot to store a bottle of oil.

And it will tell you when it needs more oil, which then you can fill the automatic oiler and keep your machine working smoothly.

And pulling out the bag and replacing it is simple. Just wrap the bag around the square bar, then slip it into place.

On the back is a dust filter if you've ever shredded a lot of pages without one, you'll know how much fine dust is actually released but not anymore with a filtration system!

The automatic power features put it in sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity and shuts it off after 30.

When you find a good spot to put your shredder, lock the wheels so it stays there.

How To Change the Filter In Your CleanTec Paper Shredder

Welcome to my binding video. So you either have or planning to buy one of those cool Dahle Clean Tech shredders. Well, here's a little video to help you learn how to change that air filter.
First of all, turn the machine off and unplug it from the wall. And then, with a Phillips head screwdriver, simply undo the locking screw. Put it in a safe place for later.
And then, depress the top lever and the entire filter canister pops out. Remove your filter from the box and from the canister. And then carefully line up the grooves with the inside brackets and place that filter all the way down square into the canister.
Replace the canister with the new filter on the back of the machine by putting the bottom in first and the top in second and replace the locking screw. Plug it back in, turn it back on, and happy shredding. And enjoy the clean air.

Welcome to MyBinding video. This is a little video on how to change the oil in your Dahle Cleantech paper shredder. Is that little red light on the machine bugging you? Well, it's supposed to.
You need to oil the shredder. All shredders need oiling to maintain and preserve their life, and this one was quite the investment for you, so let's take care of it. When you purchased the machine, you were given a bottle of shredder oil.
And here at MyBinding, we have plenty of options for more oil. Just inside the machine, on the left-hand side, is a small canister. Pull it out as far as it will go.
It does not come all the way out. And then, remove the cap completely. And then, fill it up.
It need not go all the way to the top, and you can follow the measuring line on the left-hand side. Replace the cap, screw it all the way down until nice and tight, and push in the canister all the way. You may need to power up and down your machine a couple of times or run a few sheets through the shredder in order for the red light to go out.
