The Destroyit 2445 Strip-Cut Shredder is a level P-2 deskside shredder that can shred up to 12-14 sheets per pass into 3/16" strip-cut particles. It is featured with Comprehensive SPS safety package for safe and efficient shredding such as Easy Switch control element,transparent safety shield, automatic power cut-off when cabinet is opened or shred bin is full,automatic reverse and power cut-off when overfed, double protection against overheating, and Zero Energy Consumption sleep mode. It can also shred staples, paper clips and credit cards. Other great features include: quiet and powerful single phase motor, fully enclosed gear box housing, high quality wooden cabinet mounted on casters,and eco-friendly shred bin that does not require disposable shred bags. This Destroyit 2445 Level P-2 Strip-Cut Paper Shredder is backed by a lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty on its cutting shafts.

- Easy Switch. Multifunction control element uses optical signals to indicate operational status and functions as an emergency stop switch.

- Environmentally Friendly Bin. Durable, lightweight shred bins can be used wit or without disposable bags.
- Lead-Free Soldering. Only environmentally friendly, lead-free soldering is used in the production of our electrical components.
- SSC - Smart Shred Control. The smiley has a capacity control function: if it shines green, everything is ok. If the smiley flashes, the shredder has reached its capacity limit.
