Available in two to six basic configurations, the incredible 6404 Series can be adapted for almost any folding and inserting application. Two, four and six-station models are available to meet your particular needs. Each configuration is also offered as a "B" model for inserting bottom address documents into top flap envelopes. A full color screen touchscreen features in all 6404 series. The bright display is integrated with improved ergonomics. Higher contrast, quicker response with tilted panel allows the operators a wide range of usage. Formax control is created witht the user in mind by providing a direct access to jobs menu, automatic job setup, and enhanced graphics. The FD 6404-Standard 2 has two standard feeders with all the advanced features of the 6404 Series. The FD 6402-Special 2 has one standard feeder and one special feeder for processing glossy and heavier paper stock. Two four-station models provide increased productivity and flexibility. The FD 6404-Special 4 offers two standard feeder and two special feeders. Both four-station models are modular and can be converted into future six-station units. The FD 6404-Standard 6 further increases productivity with six standard feeders. The ultimate in flexibility is available with the FD 6404-Special 6 boasting four standard feeders and two special feeders to process even the most demanding jobs quickly and efficiently.
