Formax features the modular design capable to offer up to 11 feed stations, with either high-capacity feeders or standard capacity up to 2,000 sheets. With a 15" color touchscreen display, difficult programming and functions are in the past. Unlimited programmable jobs create a continuous workflow providing an efficient environment. Optional High-Capacity Intelligent Feeders able to read 1 and 2-track OMR, 1D Barcodes and 2D Data Matrix. This integration certifies the right documents are inserted into each envelope, providing automatic insertion for multiple-page packages. Formax 7200 Series has the power to process up to 4,800 envelopes per hour, an incredible 200,000 finished products per month. The top-load envelope hopper can store up to 800 #10 envelopes or 500 flats, landscape presentation. By using the landscape orientation it can provide an increase in processing stage, decrease the percentage of jams, and safe you money. Whether is creating a 6mm thick booklet or 50-page presentation, Formax will complete the task with no speed bumps. There isn't a job the Formax 7200 Series Inserters can't take on.
