One-piece mailers have proven to be the most efficient and cost effective in sending postages, streamline your mail processing with AutoSeal FD2056. This table top pressure sealer is designed with productivity and user’s ease of use in mind. Processing at speeds of 16,450 sheets per hour, the sealer will have no trouble processing high demand outputs. The new full-color touchscreen, with internationally-recognized symbols, makes it quick and easy for almost anyone to use with little to no training. From the touch screen control panel, operators can browse through and select from the 5 pre-programmed standard folds that include even panel C, V, Z, and uneven/eccentric C and Z folds. Alternatively, users can also customize and store up to 35 custom fold settings. The sealer detects and adjusts for 11”, 14”, and 17” forms that no manual adjustments or separate settings are needed. Sealing process then starts in the drop-in three-roller feed system which automatically feeds forms with no fanning required, sheets then go through the integrated telescopic conveyor featuring automated nip roller positions. This automated process has simplified and shortened the sealing process that even untrained operators can run the machine little to no instruction. For storage an optional fully enclosed cabinet is available. To make operations even better, users may avail of 402 Series Joggers and the V-Stack36i Stacker that stacks of up to 22” of processed forms making it easier for operators to unload stacked output for further processing.
