The ColorMax8 Digital Color Printer delivers high-speed, full-color, full-bleed printing for mailing and packaging applications, featuring the latest Memjet® inkjet technology with a durable print head containing 70,400 nozzles for fast output, low operating costs, and quiet performance. Its wider, flatter paper path enables versatility beyond standard envelopes, allowing printing on stuffed envelopes, 10” x 13” flats, chipboard, corrugated cardboard, padded mailers, cartons, and more — up to 3/8" thick. A 7” intuitive touchscreen provides direct control of print functions and real-time system status. The ColorMax8 offers vibrant CMYK printing at up to 16.8 million colors and resolutions up to 1600 x 1600 dpi at 6 inches per second, or 1600 x 800 dpi at 12 inches per second, with full-bleed capability on media up to 8.5” wide. Its thermal inkjet design uses no heat or contact, making it safe for pre-printed and window envelopes, while high-capacity ink tanks and automated print-head maintenance ensure consistent, professional-quality output throughout the job.
