Plus an unobscured cutting head for a comfortable grip. Ergonomic cutting head with two cutting wheels gives a smooth easy glide action. Two clamp rollers, mounted within the cutting head, provide secure clamping along the whole length of the cut. Not all cutters are able to trim fine slithers down to the thickness of a hair. But the Technic ARC TE can. A note on Safety: The exposed edge of the Technic will not cut when touched or rubbed against. Even thin stretch film will not tear.
