Strengths:

• Once this machine is switched on, the motor sits in standby, ready for use at any time. Weaknesses:

• Any document fasteners need to be removed before shredding. High security shredders rarely take in anything other than paper. If this is a necessary ability for your office, we suggest the GBC Shredmaster GDHS713.

• As with many high security shredders, this one only offers low intake and speed capabilities. Again this is very normal for high security devices; users are usually looking for safety, not necessarily quantity. Even so, the HSM 411.2 Level 5 or 6 provides greater sheet capacity and faster shred speeds while still guaranteeing high security shredding.
