The Intimus Pro 60CP7 high security shredder meets and exceeds NSA/CSS specification 02-01 (level 6) for high security cross cut shredders. This model will shred up to 6 pages per pass, reducing sensitive documents to 0.8mm x 4.5mm (approximately 1/32" x 11/64") sized particles. Mounted rollers make this model mobile, and auto reverse allows the machine to detect and reverse paper jams without any attention required from the user. Advanced technology features include "i-control," which monitors the user's commands and the machine's status and displays these functions on a single, consolidated control pad. I-control will alert the user via backlit icons of the machine's immediate needs that need to be met, which include oiling, bin emptying, and the bin door being open. The "EcoLogic" energy saving feature allows the user to program the machine to enter sleep mode after a certain period of idle time, stopping all functions and preventing the shredder's environmental impact from ramping up. "Silentec" features sound-muffling technology that prevents shredder operation from disrupting the work environment, and is installed in the interior of the machine so as to not interfere with decor or inhibit efficient storing. The "DLS" (Dynamic Load Sensor) assesses the volume of paper being fed into the machine and will notify the user of the safety of the volume of paper to the function of the shredder using green, yellow, and red light signals. If the volume of paper is safe, the green light is signaled; if the volume of paper might cause trouble with the shredder, the yellow light is signaled; and finally, if the volume of paper is certain to cause a jam, the red light is signaled, and auto reverse kicks in. The compact size, high security, various advanced features, and energy-efficient, dust-free operation of the 60CP7 ensure that this model will suit the high-security demands of any small office. Formerly called the Intimus 60CC6, this model name update was to ensure product names accurately reflect the security level of DIN 66399. This is strictly a model number update, there have been no machine changes to the original model.
