The Onglematic 07 is a flexible and reasonably priced table top semi-automatic electric tab index cutter for bound papers or loose pages, as well as a divider cutter, suited for mid-size to high production volume needs. With around 150 sheets (80gsm) or 550 sets of 9 dividers (220gsm), it can bind 60 papers with 10 chapters every hour. It comes with a variety of cutting dies for making step tab sets. Give your clients something no one else can: rapid turnaround on tabbed items that are created internally so that you have control over the lead time.

Versatile: The Onglematic 7 is capable of creating both single and double tabs, effortlessly cutting through 15-20 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper. Additionally, it handles cover stock, cardboard, and poly up to 120 lb. It can produce up to 59 tabs with the same width or cut up to 24 tabs with variable width, storing up to 11 programs.
Efficient: With the ability to produce 60 bound documents of 10 chapters, comprising about 150 sheets (80 lb. cover) or 550 sets of 9 dividers (20 lb. cover) per hour, the Onglematic 7 ensures optimal productivity.
Easy-to-use: The automatic operation allows on-demand tab cutting. Simply set the cutter to your paper size (in inches or mm), choose the tab type (single or double), and specify the desired quantity of tabs. Activate the foot switch to cut the first edge and repeat the process for all tabs in your set.
Ergonomic design: All operations can be swiftly and easily performed from the front of the machine, with foot switch activation enhancing user convenience.
5 available tab shapes: Choose from standard, 15° angle, 90° angle, 90° angle with internal round corner, and 90° angle with double round corner, each featuring a ½" tab extension.
Safety: The Onglematic 7 incorporates built-in features to enhance operational safety.
