The Matrix 520 Omni-Flow Fully-Automated Deep Pile Feeder, which is quick to set up and use, is a truly automated print finishing system! Ideal for short-to-medium-run lamination and foiling of business cards, menus, book covers, greeting cards, and custom prints in the commercial and digital markets. To fully automate your print finishing workflow, the auto-feeders can be retrofitted to any laminating system from the Matrix Pneumatic or Matrix Duplex range. It can load up to a 500mm pile of printed media at once.

Or choose to do double sided lamination. With this method you can use different combinations of laminates—mattes and glosses on one side or both sides. To change a roller, simply attach the film to the old film and run it through the machine!
Actual laminating should not be use for preservation projects—it’s best used for short term uses as it is destructive to your materials over time.
Lucky, this machine also does Encapsulation, which is best for long term preservations. Switch out to the proper rolls and begin to safely protect your projects from the environment.
