First lets load some staples by pushing on this back button. On the front, the staple shaft will pop out. Pull it out, load in your staples and close it back up.
Next adjust the backstop for your project. Here we can also see the flat clinch mechanism.
Now with the appropriate staples you can staple up to 75 sheets together.
The bottom pads keep the unit from skidding, but do not provide too much traction.
It is important to choose the correct staples—I tried some standard 5/16” staples, and when I used them ...
