MBM AC0629A Micro-Perforator Add-On for 408A and 508A Paper Folding Machines

This MBM AC0629A Micro-Perforator Add-On is an accessory for the MBM 408A and 508A paper folders. It expands and enhances your paper folder's performance by perforating sheets in a separate pass. With a fine-tooth perforator that creates 46 TPI, the edges of your paper are smoother and easy-to-tear. The MBM AC0629A Micro-Perforator Add-On can be easily installed and uninstalled as-needed, making it easy for you to switch from folding to perforating (and to scoring with the optional AC0628A scoring add-on accessory). These functions cannot be run at the same time, so if you need to fold and perforate on the same sheet, you would simply first run the perforating part of the job, then remove the accessory, and re-run the sheet for the folding part of the job. Perforating also comes in handy when creating specialty folds, like the cross-fold, as it allows air to escape so the folded sheets will have a more precise and strong crease.
