The Morgana DigiBook 200 Perfect Binder is a single clamp entry-level machine that can produce up to 200 books per hour using the industry's strongest and most flexible glue PUR. PUR gives a super-strong bind with all weights and finishes of stock even with synthetic and recycled content stock, it is particularly useful when working with book blocks with inks, coatings, or digital print toners present in the spine which would compromise the strength of conventional hot melt glue. On The DigiBook 200 fast and easy setup is controlled by touch screen allowing automated make ready of just a few seconds per job. The DigiBook 200 is equipped with a book block measuring device, when the block thickness is measured the machine will automatically set the clamp and glue nozzle to the correct positions. The book block measuring device can also be used to send information to a Morgana Auto creaser Pro giving the correct positions for spine and hinge creases. Spine preparation includes both milling and notching for extra bind strength allowing folded signatures to be processed into perfect bound books.
