The GSA representative for your company "Michelle" was downright amazing, I wish all the companies I deal with had a Michelle on their team. Michelle's customer service and positive energy went right thru the phone line, if you have a customer service training program she should take the lead. I saved your company under my favorite tabs mainly because of her positive outlook and the happiness she seems to have in doing her job.
