MyBinding Return & Refund Policy

At MyBinding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of binding machines, laminating supplies, and document finishing equipment. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

1. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-approved and issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by MyBinding.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products returned without a valid RA# will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • You must have a valid Return Authorization Number.
  • Products must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

3. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total item amount.

This fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items.

4. Shipping Refund Policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or mis-shipped.

  • For mis-shipped items, MyBinding will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a return or exchange.

5. Return Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Orders placed more than 30 days prior to the return request
  • Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number
  • Custom or branded materials
  • Items marked as refurbished or “No Returns”
  • Boards, including but not limited to whiteboards, chalkboards, bulletin boards, tack boards, display boards, letter boards, and mounting boards
  • Clearance items
  • Oversized items delivered by truck (any damage must be noted on the bill of lading at delivery)

6. Refund Processing

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned products.
