You simply insert your material into the pouch and run it through your laminator (like any other laminating pouch). Then, when you are finished you peel the release liner off the back of your laminated document and stick it wherever you need. That means our 5 mil pouches, include a sheet of that thickness on either side, resulting in a total pouch thickness of double that. Some manufacturers advertise 5 mil but only deliver 2.5 mil per sheet resulting in a lower quality lamination than if you had used 5 mil roll lamination.
