EagleCell 32" x 40" Recyclable 1/4" Mount Board is an innovative and eco-friendly all-paper honeycomb alternative to foam, plastic, metal, and wood graphics boards that is coated with a recyclable water-based adhesive which is a solid adhesive layer without a plastic carrier. Though recyclable, the adhesive has a high tack and adheres permanently to most papers. Passing the TLMI RCA, FDA 175.105, and CONEG standards ensure that responsible environmental practices and initiatives are observed in the production of the boards. The board is ¼” thick with a surface and core that are from 100% fully recyclable paper that is environmentally sustainable. Triple-thick, bright white clay-coated liners provide a viable surface that is perfect for superior ink coverage and exceptional color gloss. The board is also available in Kraft color core with a bright-white SFI certified surface paper option. A unique open core design with a 95% open space to deliver structural strength while being lightweight. Designed to have the structural integrity I-beams, the board can hold up on carrying shear, bending, and compressive loads and provide outstanding strength, rigidity, and warp resistance. Virgin core material easily cuts clean and crisp. With its rugged surface and structure, EagleCell is comparable to Gator boards without harming the environment. Each pack has 5 boards.
