For medium- to long-term indoor or outdoor signage on flat or slightly curved surfaces with vertical exposure, the Self-Wound Liner-less PSA Laminating Film [1.8 Mil, PET, 18" X 150', 3" Core, Matte] is a suitable option. This 1.8 mil polyester laminating film is suitable for a variety of environmental settings because it is made to withstand application temperatures between 40°F and 176°F. It is designed for use with laminators that operate between 95 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit (35 and 41 degrees Celsius), ensuring proper bonding and adhesion to the printed substrate. The matte finish of the film provides a silk-like surface with less glare. This laminating film contains a permanent optically clear water-based acrylic adhesive. Because of the strong bonding and transparency of this adhesive, the printed image can be seen clearly without any distortion. Additionally, you can use this self-wound linerless PSA (Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive) film with prints made with solvent, eco-solvent, latex-based, and UV ink jet technologies. You have flexibility in the materials you choose for your signage because it can be applied to both flexible and rigid substrates.
