These 32mm Komtrak Inspiral spiral binding combs provide a new twist on an old binding style. The 32mm binding elements are designed for use with a traditional comb binding system; however, documents bound with the Inspiral system are easy to edit and offer 360 degree rotation. The ring spacing for these 32mm Inspiral combs is designed to conveniently match the hole punch pattern for GBC comb binding so that you can easily spin these 32mm combs onto the edge of your comb bound documents. Be sure to choose a size that is 3-5mm larger than your book thickness to allow your pages to turn freely. One end of these 32mm spirals is already crimped to help ensure that the spirals don't spin off the edge of your book. The other end uses a special Inspiral removable end clasp (included) to allow for easy editing of your bound documents. Get 25 32mm spiral combs with end clasps in every order. Specifications
- Punch holes in your book to be bound with a standard 9/16" pitch (19 ring) plastic comb binding punch. Straighten the pages to align holes. To insert by hand, place the book to be bound on a table with the punched side extended past the table edge.
- Insert the first ring through the top of the first hole on the right. Use both hands to turn the Inspiral binding comb through the remaining holes.
- To secure the Inspiral comb to the book, insert pin on the clasp through the hole on the end of the Inspiral spine. Then, firmly snap the bottom end of the clasp down to fully engage the next ring
