This machine can sign just about everything for you so you can focus on other things. Here are its strengths and weaknesses - check them out to discover if this product is right for your workplace.
Strengths:
- The 930A can process up to 240 documents per minute, so using this device is much faster than signing a bunch of items by hand. Also, your signature will look the same on each document which is a plus. (If you signed a lot of documents by hand, your signature would change after a while due to fatigue and such.)
- This machine can handle continuous form checks such as paychecks, rebate and government benefit checks, and so on. It can also handle others documents such as form letters. Your checks and documents can be from 5.5" to 16.5" wide and 3.5" to 7" long.
