The MBM Triumph 1171 Paper Trimmer is an improved version of the MBM Triumph 1071, with enhanced features and capabilities. It can trim up to 40 sheets of paper at once, allowing for more efficient and accurate cutting of larger quantities. The 1171 has a cutting length of 28 inches, which allows for plenty of space for trimming various paper sizes. Like its predecessor, the 1171 has a resharpenable, high-quality blade set made of Solingen steel. This guarantees sharpness and durability for long-term performance. It also has a solid manual clamp for variable pressure, a precision side lay with measuring scale (inches/mm), and an adjustable backgauge. The blade mounting bracket is made of solid cast aluminium and features double pivot bearings for the blade axle. Furthermore, the blade set is made of all metal, which increases its durability and longevity. The non-skid rubber feet provide stability and safety during operation by preventing the trimmer from slipping or moving on the work surface. The 1171, like all MBM Triumph products, is of high quality and made in Germany. It has undergone independent safety testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
