The AutoCreaser Pro XL is a user-friendly paper creasing system with a cost-efficient vacuum top feeder. It features a unique creasing rule that eliminates paper tearing and cracking, leaving a flawless finish. The new Adaptive Process Control (APC) monitors sheet feeding in a closed-loop process to deliver outstanding performance and reliability. Designed to handle the widest range of media, the AutoCreaser XL has an extendable that goes up to 1300mm / 51’’ to support popular longer-sheet applications. Operators of all skill levels can handle the AutoCreaser Pro XL with the help of the intuitive user interface where all settings and adjustments can be made, creases are auto-calculated once the sheet length and fold type is selected. Rotary perforation comes standard on the AutoCreaser Pro range with a wide variety of wheels available to suit all requirements. An optional cross-perforating unit can be added for more complex jobs, and multiple perforation layouts can be achieved with the cross-perforation option.
