This machine features an automatic impulse sealing with precise electronic control. The TISA-452 is equipped to seal materials up to 18" wide and 10mil total thickness. This sealer is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. It is equipped with an electronic timer and electromagnet, once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. The TISA-452 can be operated automatically or manually, and its foot switch allows both hands to be free. This SealerSales TISA-452 18" Automatic Impulse Sealer has a 3 separate control settings for sealing time, recycle time, and congealing time to produce consistent seals.

- For automatic operation, set the control on auto. Adjust the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws). Insert material to be sealed and when jaw opens, remove sealed material.
- For manual operation, set the control to manual. Insert the material to be sealed. Press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar.
