For increased packaging efficiency, this bundle coupled the semi automatic PP1622-MKAC Combo L Bar & Shrink Tunnel. This system creates a smooth and seamless workflow for unmatched productivity. TPP1622-MKAC Combo L Bar is a semi-automatic pneumatic system that works with an air compressor that significantly speeds up the sealing process. The sealing bar can be set to open and close at specific intervals with automatic cycle timing or operated as a push button seal system. Adding to packing efficiency and sorting is the powered takeaway conveyor that moves products from the sealing area to the exit. The sealer takes advantage of the Teflon coated Micro Knife Seal System which offers a stronger and more durable sealing blade that can deliver tens of thousands of seals. The shrink tunnel is designed to deliver outstanding results with the lowest electricity consumption. Heat-shrinking operation is adjusted by setting the tunnel temperature and speed and can work with all types of heat-shrinking films.
